- Rower: Clinic July 16-17 – $150.00
Participation in both days is required.

2-Day Rowing Clinic with Olympian Carie Graves

6:45 am-3:30 pm
$150 per member, $195 for non-members
(no charge for coxswains)

Limited to 16 rowers
(advanced and competitive squads only)

Daily Schedule
6:45- 7:00 - launch and boat setup
7:00-9:00 - morning water session with video
9:00-10:00 - breakfast break (provided by MRC)
10:00-11:00 - video review
11:00-12:00 - erg session
12:00-1:30 - lunch break (on your own)
1:30-3:30 - afternoon water session (conditions permitting)

Participation in both days is required.
